When you bring your items to St. Andrew’s UMC and check in, you will be required to submit a signed copy of this Consignor Agreement in order to participate in the sale and receive a check following the sale. Your check will be mailed to the name and address registered on the sale website (which should match the information below).

Consignor Agreement
1. I understand that it is my responsibility to follow all registration and consignor guidelines (including entering items into the correct SubSale), to ensure that all of my items are in acceptable (and clean) condition and properly tagged, and to verify that items have not been involved in any recalls (cpsc.gov). All of my battery-operated items will include working batteries. Items with multiple parts have all pieces included. No stuffed animals are included with the exception of brand new items and those considered toys (batteries, etc).

2. I understand that items may be rejected prior to or during the sale due to unacceptable condition or improper tagging. Any items in less than great condition may be sold “as-is” for $0.50. Please initial one option:

________ No, I will come pick up these items at or before the PreSale (otherwise, they will be sold as-is).

3. I understand that St. Andrew’s UMC is not responsible or liable for any item(s) that are lost, stolen, or damaged nor for any items that become separated from their tags.

4. I understand that if I would like to keep any of my unsold items, I need to arrive during the pick-up window Saturday afternoon and bring a copy of my inventory sheet (optional) to help me find my items. It is my responsibility to check all locations for my items. Any items that are not picked up will be considered donations.

5. I understand that I will receive 65% of my sales, unless I sign up for and complete a volunteer shift in its entirety (in which case I will receive 80% of my sales).

6. I understand that a $10.00 fee will be deducted from my sales total and checks $10.00 or more will be mailed to my address listed on the My Consignment Sale website within two weeks of the sale date. Checks under $10.00 and those not cashed within 90 days will be void and considered a donation.

7. By signing below, I confirm that I have carefully read and agree to all terms above and all procedures outlined on the Consignor Information document available on the website.
